The Sales Essentials (including Social Media) is more in-depth for those with longer term sales or customer service experience.The Generating Leads and Appointments course is more suitable for people who are not involved in the whole sales process or for those wanting more in-depth training on generating leads and appointments. Advanced or Consultative Selling is more suitable for those with over 12 months sales experience and for higher value sales.

- Sales and Buying processes for different types of sales opportunities
- Structure and process for making appointments (different situations including the phone)
- Learn how to grab attention & get someone interested in meeting you (scripts, key words,messages & phrases)

- Effective process to deal with and tease out potential objections
- How to deal with objections (price, competition & your product,solution or service)
- Ways to gain and test commitment and close the deal
- How to structure your face to face meeting to achieve your objectives
